I would not recommend Vertu Volkswagen Skipton because although the team there were very helpful and friendly, trying to resolve multiple faults on the car. One fault was rear windscreen washer completely blocked and not working, which should have been checked on the vehicle pre sale inspection but clearly wasn't. Leaving a question as to how well the inspection was completed overall. Other than that, a very good experience.

Vertu Volkswagen Skipton were helpful and happened to have a car that met my requirements. However I find it disappointing that other than receiving numerous requests to say what I felt about the experience of buying the car there hasn't been a phone call to check everything is ok
