I had a great experience at Vertu Volkswagen Skipton, nothing was too much trouble. All questions answered. As it was the first time I had driven an automatic I was taken out for test drive as expected but also when I collected the car which really put me at ease. A week after I collected the car I received a phone call to see how I was getting on with my new car. Ive never had that before when I've bought a car. Excellent service.
